The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small 2 storey, mainly residential, complex (completed end of 2001) and the rear patio leads to nice private gardens and a good sized communal swimming pool.
The apartment comprises of hallway giving access to the fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with hob & cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The hallway leads in to the large living/dining area, with table and chairs for 6 people, and lounge area with TV and DVD facilities and access to the rear patio, which leads to the private gardens and pool area. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single) and each has built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and further shower room.
Bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided and the apartment is serviced weekly.
